  Ive been living here for about a year. I left a scathing review a few weeks ago that I am now editing. The office staff isnt terrible. You have to take some things they say with a grain of salt. As long as you stay on time with rent and dont leave trash out you wont have an issue with them. Some of the apartments need work. My apartment had a stovetop catch fire, the oven produce sparks, as well as leaks in the bathrooms and in the A/C. There are also a few lights that immediately drain bulbs down or just dont work. The only serious complaint I have is the parking lot. Its full of holes. The entrance has holes that get filled with gravel every now and then but its not a permanent fix. The location is convenient. The pool is a highlight. Its not the best place to live, but its good for a small family or group of college kids.
