  I ordered through the drive-through. The items I ordered were not the items entered into the system because the order taker was distracted. I could hear her and someone else laughing and talking while I ordered.
  I got exactly what was on the ticket, but it was not what we wanted. I didn't discover this until I got home after a 20 min. drive.
  When I called to explain the issue, I was told, "No problem, I've got your name in the book, just come back whenever and we will make it right."
  When we were next out and about a couple days later, I decided to stop by just to see if it would be "made right". Unsurprisingly, I was told no, they don't see anything. "Who did I talk to? Do you have your receipt? Are you sure it wasn't what you ordered?"
  I politely thanked them for their time and drove off.
